Training Studio

When you purchase your equipment from Clairderm Medical Aesthetics you receive in-clinic training as part of your product purchase. As time passes however, changes of staff occur or you'd like to refresh and update your skills with your machine, the need for ongoing or refresher training is required. We have different options available for you depending on what equipment you have purchased and your budget.

For those who have purchased their machines second hand, training is a must if you are to get the best results and longevity out of your machines. High-tech aesthetic equipment can be dangerous when not used properly or in a manner other than for which it was intended. Protect yourself and your client and invest in a training session with your machine. It's a small investment that will yield you more clients, better results and keep your insurance company happy!

Topics covered in all workshops:

• Theory (of the modality being trained) - the how and why this treatment works. Applications and contraindications.
• Machine Operation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance - essential tips to get the most out of your machine and keep it running for longer.
• Practical Application - how to perform a treatment, performing a treatment and further tips for results success.

REFRESHER TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Refresher training workshops are generally for Microdermabrasion, IPL, Hydrabrasion and LED Phototherapy. These are mostly held at our head office on the Gold Coast (1/26 Newheath Drive, Arundel QLD 4214), or another nominated location. The workshops usually run between 3-6 hours depending on the number of students and which machine is being covered in that workshop.

Assessment is provided on the day and successful students will receive a Certificate of Training which may be required by their insurance company. Students will perform a whole or part treatment in front of the trainer. This is crucial as it allows our trainer to identify techniques to be improved upon by the student.

Costs of the workshop are per person. Please contact our office for specific prices on the workshop you are interested in as the costs do vary for the different workshops.

ON-SITE TRAINING

We understand that it not always convenient or cost effective to send your staff to our head office for training, particularly when multiple numbers of staff require training. Hence, we offer on-site training. The costs are the same whether there is 1 staff member to train or 10, making this a more economical option for businesses with multiple staff training requirements.

Assessment is provided on the day and successful students will receive a Certificate of Training which will be mailed from our office within 1-2 weeks of completing the training. Students will perform a whole or part treatment in front of the trainer. As mentioned above, this is crucial as it allows our trainer to guide the student with improved techniques at that very moment.

Costs of on-site training are a singular fee which covers all staff at that training session. Please contact our office for a personalised quote for on-site training at your premises.
